Teen faces arrest after warrant is issued in Stark County

On Behalf of | Jun 13, 2019 | Drug Charges

Drug dealing or transport is illegal throughout the United States, but the reality is that it still happens every day. If you are someone who has gotten caught up in the drug trade or have been falsely accused of possessing drugs, then you should know how important it is to protect your rights moving forward.

The same goes for people named as “most-wanted” fugitives, such as “Gingerbread Gangsta,” the nickname of a 19-year-old man who is being sought out in Ohio.

The teen is wanted for several drug offenses and is now the fugitive of the week in Stark County, according to a June 6 report. He allegedly told officials his street name in the past, but there’s no specific reason for it that they know of.

The interesting thing about this case is that the teen already has at least four different charges on a warrant that is out for his arrest. Since he’s over 18, he would be tried as an adult if caught by the authorities.

As someone who is relatively young, you should be aware of your rights, especially if you’ve been involved in criminal activities in the past. You do deserve a chance to work with a defense to do what you can to protect your freedoms and your future. As a teen or young adult, you have much of your life ahead of you, and your attorney can help you protect your ability to live that life freely instead of behind bars. If you’re arrested or charged, it’s important that you’re focused on clearing your name.
